Walnut Hill Holsteiners   Exceptional Sporthorses from World Class Bloodlines

Carver T is a truly special foal by international superstar Casall out of Walnut Hill Holsteiners imported premium mare K-Folia. Pictured here at 5 days old with his surrogate mother, we look forward to watching him grow into his potential.

Casall is currently one of the absolute top horses on the international jumping circuit. In 2015 he was ranked third in the world. He competed in the 2012 London Olympics, the 2013 European Championships in Herning, and the 2014 World Equestrian Games in Caen.

Not only is he an exceptional competitor he is an outstanding producer. He is the sire of Chesall, ranked number one in the world as of April 2016. His other successful progeny include Connor, the first ever 7-year-old jumper State Champion in 2013, Powerplay under Eric Lamaze, Casello with Douglas Lindelöw, Casallo Z under Piergiorgio Bucci  and C.T. under Hugo Simondnd. Due to the number and quality of his offspring he is currently ranked 9th overall as a sire.

Casall’s offspring have also done exceptionally well in breed inspections. His daughters Vontessa, Akimba, and Cascada I won the Elmshorn elite mare show in 2008, 2011, and 2013, respectively. His son Casalito became champion stallion of the 2013 Neumünster stallion approvals. Moreover, two Casall sons won reserve champion stallion, Catch it in 2009 and Cascadello I, which sold at a record-breaking 600.000 euros, in 2011. So far, 46 sons have been licensed for breeding and he has produced 53 state premium mares.

Casall’s sire is the legendary Caretino responsible for producing numerous top level competition horses most recently Cristallo the number one ranked jumper in 2013. Casall’s dam Kira traces back to Stamm 890, one of the most successful Holsteiner performance mare families. Her son Clarence by Carano was reserve champion at the 2005 stallion licensing in Neumünster.

Casall’s 2nd dam, Maltia by Raimond, produced Taura (by Lord), and Taura in her turn produced the licensed stallions Ringo Starr and Cesano I and Cesano II. The successful FEI sport horses, Crocodile Dandy and Conally, are out of Taura, as well.

Carver T's dam K-Folia competed to 1.5 meters in Europe and has a pedigree that is truly exceptional. Her dam, Defolia, is a full sister to legendary Holsteiner stallion Capitol I and the internationally successful jumping mare U-Capitola. The Capitol line dominated international competitions for over a decade through his sons, Cassini I and II, C-Indoctro, Calato, and Carthago among others.  K-Folia's sire, Corofino I, by the influential stallion Corrado I, was a successful Grand Prix competitor on the international scene. Corofino's dam was the famous mare Valeska IV, who produced two other approved stallion sons Corofino II and Camiros who was the champion stallion of his approvals. Already a proven producer, K-Folia's 2010 colt was purchased by Paul Schockemoehle, who holds the prestigious P.S.I. Auction. In 2012, this premier sporthorse sales event had an average sale price for auction horses of over $250,000.
