Cachas was impressive at his approvals with his modern elegant type, jumping power and outstanding gaits. This is not surprising as his sire Caretino and grandsire Corrado I are undeniably the most successful progenitors of the Cor de la Bryere line. Caretino's offspring include Ballerina, Calandro, Chicka's Way, Cristallo and Cassal la Silla. All of whom were successful at the highest levels in the sport. Cristallo and Cassal la Silla, his most successful sons, ranked 1st and 4th respectivly in the world in 2012. Corrado I, Caretino's damsire, had numerous placings under Franke Sloothaak at the international level. His many successful offspring include Clinton who took fourth at the Athens Olympics and Corradino who was a member of the Gold medal team at the 2010 World Equestrian Games. His damline is equally impressive including two of Laydykiller's best sons, Lord and Landgraf I.
Cachas placed 3rd out of 43 stallions in his stallions performance testing in Schleidkau with an index of 127.5 points. He qualified for the Bundeschampionat as a 6 year old. He won two young horse classes at 1.5 meters and is continuing his carreer under Rolf Goeren Bengston at Grand Prix.
Cachas already has an approved son, Cachassini who was outstanding at his inspections and was awarded premium status. He further impressed at his 30 day test in Munich where he earned scores of 10 for his jumping, 9.25 for his canter, 8.63 for rideability and 8.s for his walk and trot.
